Such a good game. It's a joy to play the new version. The speed increase makes such a difference. The only thing I miss is more xmas music jams. Now is same tune on every level.

Awesome merging of some favourite C64 games like Bagman, Gumshoe, etc.. Been playing a version downloaded from CSDb for a while and really enjoying it. So I've purchased it to show appreciation for a great game. :)
Very nice and fair Christmas game with great ideas and varied levels.Only the music could be a little more varied. Our German-language review can be found in our recorded livestream starting at 02:36:40. Subscription to our YouTube or Twitch channel is welcome. 🙂
What a cool and cute game! Everything seems to move at a rather casual speed, but shaking of the enemies makes for plenty of action nevertheless. Fun feature to include magical powers - but I feel pressing a button to use them might actually be easier than pressing the fire button longer (or second button, anyone?).
I have to take into consideration real C64 owners who, for the most part, use single button joysticks. In fact tuahis commented "The one-button solution works well for me."
Another masterpiece game by LC Games with full of classics reminder as Bagman, Kings Valley etc...
Un capolavoro, c'è tutto in questo gioco, Bagman, Kings Valley e tutti quelli che vengono in mente agli amanti dei platform classici, ottimo gameplay e l'idea delle botole per sfuggire ai criminali.

I think it's just a matter of a little practice. I guess you'll get used to it soon.
Ok, now you have the option to press the space bar to activate a magical power (choose fire mode B).
